Time series, spectrum, transfer function, and correlation analysis all from
SigLab multi-channel Dynamic Signal Analyzer
Real-time waterfall, intensity maps and an optional order tracking module from the spectral
mapping application - SMAP.
Distortion Analyzer automatically measures noise and distortion over a
range of amplitude/frequency and displays in 2d/3d formats.

SigLab Software Overview
Software Instruments - written in MATLAB- Ready to Go
For applications like DSP Design verification, Noise/Vibration Analysis, Modal
Analysis and Control System design and more, SigLab is an ideal tool for characterizing signals and systems in the lab or field.
Set up and control of all measurements are through point and click Virtual
Instruments (VIs) coded in MATLAB. Results are viewed in real-time
using MATLAB's graphics visualization capabilities. The acquired data is
saved in MATLAB data format readily available for post-processing or
presentation in a variety of standard Microsoft Office programs.
Measurement VIs
The following software VIs, each defining a different instrument or measurement
utility, are supplied with the SigLab hardware.
Measurement Utilities
In addition to the standard software instruments, the following measurement utilities are supplied with every SigLab:
- Long Record Capture: Up to 15 Msamples with 32MB SigLab DRAM.
- Auto Test: All the tools to set up repetitive measurements. Perfect for product test applications.
- Modal Analysis Interface: Easy to use interface for using ME Scope,
STAR Modal or other Modal Analysis software with data acquired with SigLab.
Postprocessing with MATLAB: For even more
processing power, you can optionally use the many MATLAB Toolboxes directly on
the data acquired from the SigLab instruments.. For more information about MATLAB, visit The MathWorks Web site.
Open Architecture
SigLab also comes with several utilities that make it easy to embed measurement results directly into standard Windows applications such as Word or Excel.
You can even use a
Word document as the interface to set up and control SigLab. The returned data appears directly in the document or an Excel spreadsheet.
