Sigma Clipping - Ultra Clip

Spectral Dynamics Panther utilizes an additional clipping method called Ultra Clip in the Sigma clipping option. This algorithm synthesizes the drive signal to match the requested sigma limit. The generated drive signal meets the maximum level specified thereby avoiding any need to artificially post clip the waveform. This is a dynamic generation option that operates in conjunction with the drive waveform synthesis rather than applying post generation time domain point clipping.
